Cambridge Foot & Ankle will submit a claim to most major insurance plans.

Please note: Due to constant changes in provider networks, you should contact your insurance company to make sure your claim will be covered under your benefit plan. Claims which are denied because we are a non-participating provider will be the responsibility of the patient.
